Once this window closes, the Alpha Quillow will not be available again!

Shipping & Timing

• Ships no later than February 1st, 2026
• Orders are fulfilled in sequence based on purchase number
• Hand-numbering and build sequencing happen immediately after the drop closes

You will receive tracking as soon as your Alpha Quillow leaves the shop.

*Effective March 23, 2021 at 3:30 PM EST, all orders placed with UGQ OUTDOOR LLC and shipped via our carrier partners (USPS, UPS and FedEx) are sent via FOB Jackson, MI USA terms. FOB Jackson MI USA means that UGQ OUTDOOR LLC is not responsible for ANYlost, stolen, or damaged packages.
In order to protect your shipment from these events, we offer low-cost shipping protection for every order directly on the cart page. Simply follow the provided link, select the appropriate order value amount and add to your cart. Be sure to select the correct amount based on the contents of your cart. Amounts shown are in US Dollars.
If adding insurance to an existing order that hasNOTshipped please be sure to include your original order number in the appropriate location.
By adding shipping protection to your order, you can be confident in knowing that should something happen during transit, your order will be 100% covered (including shipping costs).
The only things NOT covered by shipping protection are shown explicitly below:
If applicable Import Duties, Brokerage Fees, VAT, PST, HST, GST paid are NOT covered.
Customs delays, package seizure, or failure to pay customs duties that are due.
Incorrect or undeliverable address.
Shipments being returned for exchange or refund.
Claims are handled quickly (typically within 1-2 business days) by reaching out to us at sales@ugqoutdoor.com
Please be advised that byDECLINING shipping protection, YOU assume ALL shipment risk and agree to not hold UGQ OUTDOOR LLC liable for ANY lost, stolen, or damaged packages.
If you do not want to risk loss, adding shipping protection to all orders is strongly advised.

Warranty

Every Alpha Quillow is backed by our 2-Year Warranty, which includes:

• Coverage on workmanship for two full years
• Coverage on materials and construction defects
• Free repairs on seams, stitching, and structural issues during the warranty period

This drop follows the same warranty standards we use across all UGQlimited products.

🔒 Returns Policy – Limited Drops

Due to the limited-time nature of the Alpha Quillow release, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on limited drop items, including the Alpha Quillow.

Each unit is hand-numbered and built specifically for this drop. Because of this, we cannot resell returned items or make changes once production begins.

Your Alpha Quillow is backed by our 2-Year Warranty, and if you experience any issues related to craftsmanship or materials within that period, we will make it right.

🚫 Cancellation Policy

Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
Each Alpha Quillow is made to order during a very short production window, and your purchase secures a hand-numbered unit from this drop.

The only exception:
If we are unable to meet the promised shipment deadline of February 1, 2026, you will be eligible for a full refund upon request.
