1. Limited & Small-Batch Quantities
Products on UGQlimited™ are produced in intentional, limited quantities. This may include fresh stock runs, special limited batches, or one-off builds.
When a specific batch sells out, it will no longer be available from that batch. Some products may return in future batches at UGQ’s discretion, while others may remain one-time builds. Availability is always determined by materials, production capacity, and design intent.
Your order secures one unit from the available batch at the time of purchase.
2. Final Sale / No Returns
Unless otherwise stated on the product page, all sales are final.
Because many items sold on UGQlimited™ are limited, discounted, one-off, or built in small batches, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Clearance items are always clearly labeled with condition and details prior to purchase.
Exception: If a product page lists a guaranteed ship-by date and UGQ Outdoor LLC fails to meet that commitment, you may request a full refund.
3. Order Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled once placed.
Many UGQlimited™ products are allocated from limited inventory or enter production immediately after purchase. For this reason, orders are final once submitted.
4. Shipping & Delivery
Orders ship via the carrier selected at checkout (USPS, UPS, or DHL).
Shipping timelines vary by product and are clearly stated on each product page. While we do our best to meet all estimated ship dates, delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or incorrect shipping information are outside the control of UGQ Outdoor LLC.
For added peace of mind, shipping protection is strongly recommended at checkout.
5. Warranty
All UGQ-built products sold on UGQlimited™ are covered by UGQ’s standard Limited Warranty against defects in materials or workmanship.
This warranty does not cover:
Misuse or abuse
Damage caused by shipping carriers
Normal wear and tear
Clearance items may have modified warranty terms, which will be disclosed on the product page when applicable.

We respect your privacy. Information submitted through UGQlimited.com is used solely to:
