What is UGQlimited™?
UGQlimited™ is a curated launch platform for limited-edition outdoor gear, handmade by small, independent makers. Each drop is exclusive, built in the USA, and released in limited quantities.

Who runs UGQlimited™?
UGQlimited™ was created by Chad Houghton, CEO of UGQ Outdoor, as a way to help other small brands showcase original, high-quality gear without giving up their identity or margins.

Is UGQlimited™ a marketplace or a retailer?
Neither. We don’t stock inventory or resell products. UGQlimited™ is a launch platform — brands sell directly to customers through exclusive drops.

ORDERS & SHIPPING

How do drops work?
Each drop goes live on a specific date. Some are pre-orders (fulfilled after purchase), others are ready-to-ship (ship within 3-5 business days). Product pages will specify.

How long do drops stay live?
Each drop is available until sold out. Many items sell out quickly, especially during the subscriber-only early access window.

Can I return or exchange an item?
All sales are final unless otherwise noted on the product page. Since quantities are limited and many items are custom-built, we do not accept returns.

How is shipping calculated?
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout using real-time carrier rates (USPS, UPS, DHL). A small handling fee may be applied to international orders.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide. You’ll see available shipping options at checkout based on your location.

Can my brand apply to do a drop?
Yes — UGQlimited™ is open to small, USA-based outdoor brands with original products. Fill out our contact form to start the conversation.

What are the requirements to be featured?

• USA-based

• Handmade or small-batch

• Original product not for sale elsewhere

• Must be approved by UGQlimited™

What does UGQlimited™ provide for brands?
We handle the web hosting, checkout, email list access, marketing push, and customer support. Our goal is to let you focus on making great gear while we manage the launch.

How much does it cost to be featured?
We offer onboarding packages ranging from $250 to $750 depending on support level. We also take a flat 10% of gross sales, plus the standard 2.9% credit card processing fee.
