Fit & Sizing

Measuring around the head for Skully sizing

The Skully is designed to fit snug by design for maximum thermal efficiency.

To get the correct fit:

Measure the circumference of your head using a tape measure
Place it just above your eyebrows and around the base of your skull
Include your ears — the Skully is designed to fully cover them

21.5″ head → Size Small 22″
23.25″ head → Size Large 24″

Do NOT size down. If anything, size up if you’re between sizes.

Exchange Policy

We offer one free size exchange up or down.

Simply return the Skully in unused condition within 14 days and we’ll get the correct size headed your way.
