Weighing just over an ounce and packed with 950 fill power goose down, this is serious insulation in an ultra-minimal form.
Each release features unique custom prints, making every Skully part of a true limited run. Once a print is gone, it’s gone.

The four-panel crown construction creates a natural, contoured fit while the moisture-wicking spandex headband keeps things comfortable against your skin — even during active use.
Lightweight DWR-treated fabrics help shed moisture and maintain performance in real-world conditions.

Fit & Sizing
The Skully is designed to fit snug by design for maximum thermal efficiency.
To get the correct fit:
- Measure the circumference of your head using a tape measure
- Place it just above your eyebrows and around the base of your skull
- Include your ears — the Skully is designed to fully cover them
- 21.5″ head → Size Small 22″
- 23.25″ head → Size Large 24″
Do NOT size down. If anything, size up if you’re between sizes.
Exchange Policy
We offer one free size exchange up or down.
Simply return the Skully in unused condition within 14 days and we’ll get the correct size headed your way.
